Feast your eyeballs on my dinner!
I used the Birds Eye Spanish cauliflower rice. Ground beef with taco seasoning. Cream cheese. Shredded cheddar. Annnnnddd salsa!
It was so good and filling. The cauli rice is 4 net carbs for 1/2 cup. And I don’t like sour cream which is why I used cream cheese.
The goal is to still eat what you love, but make modifications where needed. If you are also on a low carb diet and need help with things to eat let me know.
