Hey Y’all!!

Obviously I’ve been MIA for a bit.

The holidays take so much out of me. I naturally worry a lot and this time of year I make sure I take time for myself when I start to feel overwhelmed.

This break was nice though. I spent some much needed time with my family. Seeing all of their faces made al the stress worth it. But I so glad it’s over 😂😂.

Saturday I spent the day doing mostly nothing. I know that’s not achievable for everybody. But should you get the chance, take it!

It gave me a chance to decompress. Spend time with myself. And eat hella leftovers!! I took a hot bath later that night and washed away all the holiday stress.

It’s so crazy. I might be the only person like this. I get so much joy from being productive. Feeling accomplished. But I also have days where doing nothing is just as pleasant.

Now, back to it! Gym today. I meal prepped yesterday. And seeing as how I’ve gained back all the weight I’ve lost over the last two years, I started Keto back yesterday. For real this time 😉.
