Oof! I now this time of year can be tough if you are trying to stick to a diet of any sort. And no judgement if you are. It takes a lot of self control and determination so kudos to you! I have been through this myself with Keto and I wanted to share some alternatives with you. Below I will list some appetizers, side dishes, and desserts! Have at it and happy eating!

  3. Relish Tray (No sweet pickles)
  4. Veggie Tray (broccoli, celery, cucumbers)

  2. Cauliflower Mac N Cheese

  4. Roasted Broccoli
  5. Brussel Sprouts and bacon
  6. Bacon wrapped asparagus


  1. Low carb cheesecake
  2. Berries and whipped cream
  3. Keto Brownies
  4. Swerve cake/cupcakes
  5. Peanut Butter keto cookies
  6. Pumpkin Bars

Just about anything you would normally have, there is an alternative. You just have to get creative! I personally love the chocolate Swerve cake mix! And I make homemade buttercream frosting and maybe put some raspberries!

My favorite meats for the meat and cheese tray are pepperoni and summer sausage. I eat these whether I am on Keto or not to be honest. You can even add pecans or almonds to the tray and make it a little fancier!
